Responsibilities:
- Implement nursing care plans for individuals with disabilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess the health status of clients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current CPR certification with the ability to renew annually.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Must be willing to travel to office in Lanham, MD and Residential Homes in Washington, DC 5 days a week.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
