Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team. The LPN will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitoring and assessing clients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

Qualifications:

Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in good standing.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Prior experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
