Licensed Practical Nurse position

Rehabilitation (full-time) 11-7, Rotating Weekends 

Licensed Practical Nurse QUALIFICATIONS

· Must have a current and valid license to practice as an LPN in GA and be in good standing.

· Must have a current CPR certification upon hire or obtain it during orientation

· Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude toward residents and colleagues

· Must be able to communicate and function productively in the SNF setting

· Experience in SNF Rehab setting is a plus

Licensed Practical Nurse RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide Nursing care under the direction of the DON/Supervisor and follow the standards of Nursing Practice/regulations.

· Deliver compassionate quality clinical care that allows patients to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

· Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments and revise care plans as appropriate.

· Provide clinical supervision to CNAs AND other personnel

Experience:

• Nursing: 2 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)
• LPN (Valid GA License required)
