2. Lawrenceville, GA: 8 hours per week, flexible day and start time.
3. Woodstock, GA: 8 hours per week, flexible day and start time.

Job Description:
IntegriCare is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing high-quality pediatric home healthcare services. As an LPN, you will work part-time shifts in the homes of our pediatric clients, providing skilled nursing care and support under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess the patient's condition, including vital signs and overall health status
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatments
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other caregivers
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- 1+ year nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
- Current LPN license in the state
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with directions
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
