Hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full time, 13 weeks contract position in Gunnison, CO for a long-term care facility.

The pay rate is $44 hr, weekly pay.
Full time hours
Hiring for shifts: Days/Nights, must be willing to work 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts to get to the 36 hours/week
Contract extensions available

To do well in this role you should have your state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and three years of long term care experience.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution. Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Licenses/Certification: LPN in state of Colorado. IV certification preferred for LPN's. And current BLS certification.

Must be reliable
