Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri!

We are a critical access facility located in the heart of rural Missouri, committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. With 25 staffed beds, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized care in a supportive environment.

Position Type: Full-time, Day and Night Shift

Shift Schedule: 3 (12-hour shifts)

Department Specializations: Medical/Surgical, Obstetrics (OB), Emergency Room (ER)

Compensation:

Starting LPN Rate: $24/Hour
Night Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour
\u200BWeekend Differential: $2.00 per hour

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of Missouri
BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
