Positions: LPN- Home Health Field Nurses

Shift (s): Per Diem, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: LPN $26.00 -$28.00 RN $34.00- $39.00 *Ask about our sign on bonus! *

• AM Shifts: 7AM- 5PM or 8AM-4PM 

Level of Care: G-tube

Responsibilities:

• Following Plan of Care
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
• Educate and update patients/family on medical treatments
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience. **NEW GRADS are considered for job openings too**
• Current CO LPN license
• CPR Cert. (Must be Healthcare providers/American Heart Association) no online certificates
• Current TB-PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable.
