WELLTECH PARTNERS IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE FOR A PROMINENT HEALTHCARE FACILITY AT NEBRASKA CITY, NE. USA.

FULL-TIME POSITION - NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

FACILITY SETTING: Assisted Living

PAY RATE: $30 - $35 (plus differential pay)

SHIFT: 12 HRS ( 6PM - 6AM)

We are seeking to hire A Licensed Vocational Nurse working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse who provides nursing care and services to residents.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or an approved LVN program
• Current nursing licensure in good standing with the State licensing board

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care as prescribed by physician/health care professional in accordance with the legal scope of practice, any Board of Licensing restrictions, and within established standards of care, policies, and procedures
• Administers professional services and provides care consistent with allowing residents to attain or maintain his or her highest practicable physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Admits, transfers, and discharges residents in accordance with policy and procedure
• Conducts daily resident rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status
• Prepares/administers medications as ordered by the physician and within the legal scope of practice.
• Informs RN Supervisor or RN in charge of the facility of significant changes in resident condition, unusual occurrences, incidents, or accidents as indicated and per facility policy and procedure
• Supervise CNAs
• Performs other position-related duties as assigned
