Licensed Practical Nurse - Low T Dublin Part time 30 hours

We are looking for a part time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Dublin, OH Low T Center!

NO NIGHT SHIFTS! NO ON CALL SHIFTS!

Responsibilities:

• Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care.
• Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies.
• Perform venipuncture and Phlebotomy.
• Administer IM injections.
• Take vitals and perform related supervised functions.
• Assist with electro cardiograms.
• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory.

Requirements:

• Training and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered and undisciplined in OH)
• OH IV Cert
• High School Diploma
• Pass criminal Background check
• Position is Part time, 30 hours per week which is about 3.5 days per week

Clinical Hours of operation:

• M- 8-5
• Tu 8-7
• W 8-1
• Th 7-5
• F 8-5
• Sat 8a-12pm
